Blocked user Kingcutie under new sockpuppet HDClear

It appears that user Kingcutie is once again vandalizing his brother's wikipedia page under sockpuppet HDClear, for which he was previously banned by you.

It's not entirely clear to me how to proceed with bringing attention to this.

Something fishy going on here!

Just found a cryptocurrency enthusiast article of Waqar Zaka. It looks promotional, and looks being updated by paid editors and being sued by some paid editors. Even after being two time AFD they saved it. Looks like this cryptocurrency enthusiast got another Article, and this one advertise him in different way. (This )

I only found this source reliable, but the content is just a short chit-chat interview. Other than that, not much was found. This seems old page which encourages COI culture. What do you think we should do?

Looks like there's a lot of bad blood flowing among various editors in a rather contentious area. I looked at your post to Courcelles's Talk page a little, but it's way too complicated for me to evaluate easily, and I have no interest in spending the time to review it more deeply. Why revdel

By the way, would you also consider adding the sockpuppeteer template to his page as a compromise between blanking and keeping? His current userpage is an expression of his intent to troll and vandalize. In other words, it stands as a monument to his trolling. I thought it was pretty standard practice to blank or delete the userpages of vandals, especially if they themselves constituted vandalism just as we would delete vandalism-only pages in other namespaces. Air on White, You still shouldn't be blanking other editors pages that way (or doing other administrative type tasks), as Bbb23 said. Your inexperience and unfamiliarity with the tools demonstrate that. Leave tagging and blanking to admins or highly experienced users who are familiar with the policies regarding these things.
